When you go for your assessment day interview, you can indeed use your examples from your application form.

Just a quickie, answered this recruitment question for the millionth time today. When you go for your assessment day interview, you can indeed use your examples from your application form. The assessors will not have seen the form, and in fact this is stated explicitly in the FAQ section of the Westshire welcome pack documents. Remember though, that by the time you get to assessment, the form is history, as you have passed that section. You can use the same examples, but only if they fit. For example, the form asks, under Race and Diversity, about when you have challenged behaviour that was bullying or discriminatory. The interview question could be “When have you taken account the views of others”, which is not the same question. The same example therefore may not be suitable as an answer, depending on what it is of course. Remember this when preparing your interview answers in the weeks leading up to your assessment (you were going to prepare for weeks before your assessment weren’t you?)
