COURSE FEES

Before we tell you the cost, consider this…….

A Police officer (and indeed PCSO) starts on a salary of around £22000 a year. So, for many candidates that will be a substantial pay rise. A rejection letter can mean a delay of at least 6 to 12 months before you can apply again, and that is assuming your chosen force is recruiting. So, if you are earning £15,000 now, a failure will cost you £7000, assuming you get in next time around.

The police promotion exams to the rank of Sergeant and Inspector are all assessed by role play. Most forces encourage officers to go on preparation course before they do these examinations.

On a Talking Blues course, you get ten hours of expert tuition from professionals who have trained, quite literally thousands of fee paying customers since 2000. We are the largest company in this field as we are very good at what we do. It is our profession.

For a ten hour course, including a 160 page custom written manual aimed specifically at the police recruitment system, we charge £150. That is probably less that you would spend on two good nights out.

We ask students at the end of the day in a feedback questionnaire whether they thought the course was value for money or not. You would be amazed how many people say they think we should charge more. (We think it’s very fairly priced as it is.)

It is up to you to decide if the investment is worth the hugely increased chances of passing. Of course, if on the day you do not agree you have received vale for money, then our promise applies. Once you have booked and paid your £25 deposit, we do not ask for anything else until the END of the course. Tell us by lunchtime if you feel it is not worth your time and money, and we will refund your deposit there and then. We shake hands and part as friends.  No one has done that since we started in 2000, but we accept that there will always be a first time for everything. But it’s probably not going to be YOU!

Our Money back on the day promise

It is up to you to decide if the investment in taking our assessment centre preparation course is worth the hugely increased chances of passing. We are totally confidant in the quality of our training. If on the day you do not agree you have received value for money, then our promise applies. But it’s probably not going to be YOU.

So the total course cost is £150

We would suggest that £150, if it just gets you that one extra mark which tips you over into passing, is well worth it. Wouldn’t you agree?
