Come on our course. If you're not completely satisfied on the day with the information you've received, if you genuinely don't believe that we have helped you towards becoming a police officer, then let us know at any time during the day. You'll receive a 100% refund of your course fees there and then, without argument or discussion.

• If you cancel more than 7 days before the course for any reason, we will return your deposit in full.
• If we receive less than 7 days notification, your deposit is non-refundable, but any additional fee above this that may have been paid will be refunded in full by return of post.
• If with less than seven days notice of the course date, you receive a rejection letter from the service, meaning that your application is no longer being processed, and you no longer wish to attend a course, send us a copy and we will refund your deposit anyway

• Attending a Talking Blues course in no way guarantees candidates suitability for a Police Career.
• Talking Blues Police Recruitment Training reserves the right to refuse any application, and refund any deposit/fee paid in full. This is because (and it has happened only once in six years) we may consider the candidate unsuitable for us or indeed undesirable for the police service. (e.g. racist, sexist or homophobic) .
• Material contained in the courses is the copyright of Talking Blues Training and no part may be reproduced without their written permission.
• You agree that you will not allow our course materials, any notes made from such materials, or copies thereof, to be disclosed to a third party without our written permission. If so, we reserve the right to take such materials back into our possession.
